About

Founded by Andrea King

Andrea King didn't come to business strategy through theory. She came to it from running a business, where pricing, staffing, sales, systems, cash flow, and client experience all carried real consequences — and where getting one of them wrong showed up quickly.

Center Stage Living exists for one reason: most business owners don't need more information. They need clarity about the highest-leverage next move.

Operating Depth in Travel

Much of Andrea's operating experience comes from the travel industry — a business model with economics most consultants never have to work inside. Commissions arrive on someone else's timeline. Planning fees either cover the real work or quietly subsidize it. Supplier mix changes what a booking is actually worth, and advisor compensation changes what the team chooses to sell.

Alongside that sit the operational realities: lead qualification, client workflow from inquiry through post-travel follow-up, unpaid planning time, and an owner workload that grows with every booking. Those are problems she has managed directly, not studied from the outside.

Teaching the People Who Sell

Andrea has spent significant time training and developing travel agents and advisors — helping them become stronger sellers and better business operators. That means teaching sales conversations and follow-up, but also the less glamorous parts: charging appropriately, building a client process that holds up, and running the business behind the bookings.

Teaching sharpens diagnosis. When you've explained the same fix to many different operators, you learn quickly which problems are surface-level and which ones are actually costing the owner money.

Why That Travels Beyond Travel

The industry changes, but the constraints rarely do. Unclear pricing. Too much unpaid work. Messy processes held together by memory. Follow-up that goes quiet. An owner carrying too much, delegating too little, and running with too many priorities at once.

You already know your business better than anyone. What's hard is standing outside of it long enough to see which problem is actually costing you the most — and which fixes are just noise.
