These are the website and service terms for Center Stage Living. They are provided for clarity and are not legal advice.
1. Who we are
Center Stage Living, founded by Andrea King, provides productized business strategy, analysis, and systems services for small-business owners and travel advisors or agencies. Contact: [email protected].
2. Services are advisory
All services are advisory in nature. We analyze the information you provide and deliver recommendations, written plans, and supporting documents. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions and for implementing (or not implementing) any recommendation.
3. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, growth, or other business or financial outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, execution, and timing.
4. Not tax, legal, or accounting advice
Nothing we provide is tax, legal, accounting, investment, or bookkeeping advice. Please consult a qualified professional in those areas before acting on anything that touches them.
5. Scope
Each engagement is limited to the specific service purchased, as described on the Services page. The Backstage Systems Sprint covers one business process only. Work outside the purchased scope requires a separate agreement and fee.
6. Intake and turnaround
Stated turnaround times begin when a complete intake is received, not at the time of purchase. If an intake is incomplete or requires clarification, the turnaround clock starts once the missing information arrives.
7. Revisions
We correct factual errors in deliverables at no charge. Strategic revisions — reworking recommendations based on new goals, new information, or a change of direction — are not included, and there are no unlimited revisions. Additional strategic work can be purchased as an add-on.
8. Live sessions and scheduling
Services that include a call or working session require you to schedule within a reasonable window after your deliverable is sent. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may be treated as delivered.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to hold the rights to any materials you share with us. Recommendations are only as good as the inputs behind them.
10. Deliverables and use
Deliverables are prepared for your business. You may use them internally without restriction. Please do not resell, republish, or distribute them as your own product. Templates, frameworks, and methods used to produce them remain ours.
11. Confidentiality
We treat the business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver your service, except where disclosure is required by law.
12. Payment
Fees are stated on the Services page and are due as agreed before work begins, unless otherwise arranged in writing. Payment processing details will be confirmed at the time of purchase.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
14. Changes
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version posted here at the time of your purchase applies to that engagement.
