Is this coaching?
No. This is business strategy and operations work. You get analysis of your actual business, clear priorities, and a written plan — not open-ended motivational sessions.
Do I need a call first?
No. The Business Snapshot requires no discovery call and can be purchased directly. Other services include their listed live time as part of the package.
What happens after I buy?
You receive an intake assessment to complete on your own time. Once your intake is complete, the analysis clock starts and your deliverables are sent by the stated turnaround date.
What information do I need to provide?
A structured picture of your business: offers and pricing, revenue and margin patterns, sales and follow-up, operations and tools, how your time is spent, and your growth goals. Travel services also cover planning fees, commissions, supplier mix, and advisor workflow.
How long does it take?
Business Snapshot and Business Clarity Intensive: 5 business days after complete intake. Travel Business Intensive: 7 business days. Backstage Systems Sprint: 7–10 business days. VIP Strategy Intensive is scheduled individually.
Can you implement the recommendations?
Implementation is not included by default. The Backstage Systems Sprint goes furthest — it delivers a redesigned workflow, SOP, and implementation checklist for one process. Additional implementation support can be scoped separately.
What if I need tax, legal, or bookkeeping advice?
Those are outside our scope. We look at pricing, profitability, operations, and growth decisions, and we'll tell you when something belongs with your CPA, bookkeeper, or attorney.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a clarification or adjustment to a delivered document based on information you already provided. Unlimited revisions and new analysis based on materially new information are not included.
Is this only for women?
No. Center Stage Living works with any small-business owner. The brand voice is bold and polished, but the services are open to everyone.
Do you work only with travel businesses?
No. We serve two tracks: general small businesses and travel advisors, independent agents, and small agencies. The travel track exists because travel economics — planning fees, commission timing, supplier mix — deserve specialized analysis.
What if I need ongoing help?
Start with a defined service, then add what you need: additional strategy calls, a 30-day follow-up, another Systems Sprint process, or a VIP Strategy Intensive. No long-term contract is required.
How does the Systems Sprint work?
You pick ONE business process that's costing you time or money. We diagnose the current workflow, redesign it, identify automation opportunities, and deliver an SOP plus an implementation checklist, finishing with a 60-minute working session. Additional processes are $595 each.
